]]> Services will resume as normal on Sunday 8th January 2012, with the our worship service in the church at 11am and S Club for children in the hall at the same time. We enjoyed the different events held in the church over Christmas and are looking forward to what the New Year has in store …Our Crafts Club will start again on Tuesday 9th January 6-9pm, and the Youth Club returns on Thursday 11th January, 7-8.30pm.

It was fantastic to see the refurbished church being well used over the Christmas period. We were delighted to welcome back Bill Quay Primary School for their second annual Christmas Concert on Monday 12th December; it was a brilliant night with the children demonstrating their musical abilities and parents coming along to cheer them on! The cakes in the hall went down well afterwards too …. Our Christmas service was both fun and thought provoking, and then just before Christmas we brought along our hankies to watch ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ on the big screen….a lovely mix of activities to lead up to Christmas. Many thanks to David Jackson for leading our Christmas Day service – on his birthday! – and we are looking forward to meeting together again in the New Year.

]]> This Sunday sees our first Harvest Festival at Bill Quay, from 11am until 12pm. All ages are welcome as we celebrate God’s goodness to us in our local community! We’re easy to find – just look for the big marquee in the Farm’s car park and listen for the noise…… We’ll be having lunch together in the church hall afterwards – everyone is bringing some food to put on the table to share – all are welcome to join us.
